#1: The story continues in Spain as Brett, Cohn, Jake, Bill, and Mike spend time together watching the bull fights that Romero participated in. Brett started getting an attraction towards Romero, who is nineteen or twenty, which is basically the biggest conflict throughout the end of the story. Cohn joins them and beats Jake ,Mike ,and Romero. Jake notices the relation, but doesn't do anything, while Cohn and Mike, who also have an attraction for Brett, are somewhat unaware towards the beginning. As Bill leaves Spain, Romero and Brett leave together to Madrid, leaving Jake, Mike and Bill alone. Jake and the two others go their seperarte ways and Jake finds himself trying to relax in Spain. Brett calls Jake and tell him that she needed help and that she had left Romero because it would endanger his career, as he was a great bull fighter. Jake helps out Brett and Brett decides to back with Mike, her husband to be, maybe.
#2 What I liked about The Sun Also Rises is the character that is Jake. Jake is one of the most honest and kind people I have ever seen in a story. My favorite part of the story is how Jake, even though rejected by her, helps Brett when she is in need, which goes to show how much of a sencere person he is. I would recommend the book to people because of how these characters behave with eachother and demonstrates problem with our society, even though this book was written in the 1930s. The only problem i found with this book was the first chapters of the book because it starts off slow and, although descriptive, it is not very eye catching.

Blog Assignment #3
In this particular part of the book, the character i would want to focus on would be on Bill. The reason being would be the relationship he possesses with Jake. Since Bill and Jake left early to Burguete, they got time to spend more time together and Bill realized he was fonder of Jake then anyone else. It could have been taken in a different way, but it was like saying that Jake was his best friend.
